Your Meal Plan

 Your custom meal plan will be calculated to the exact caloric and macronutrient intake for your goals. We will set up a photo-sharing system to keep you on track.

You’ll be able to access video content to help you understand any moments that are in your training program.

 You will have my personal cell number so I can assist you at your convenience.

I've always embraced the fitness/coastal living lifestyle having formerly lived on Long Island, NY, and in South Florida and Southern California where I enjoyed hiking, running half marathons, biking, swimming, and boating. My home base now is Las Vegas/Summerlin where I reside with my two rescue cats Pippa and Sabrina. I 


Having happily said farewell to the corporate world a few years ago I have been traveling far and wide. My favorite active lifestyle city so far is Sydney, Australia. 


I made the decision to become a CPT when I went through a personal tragedy. I witnessed my mother suffering and eventually passing away from chronic conditions that could have been managed through diet and lifestyle. She may have lived much longer with a change of lifestyle.  I felt helpless, frustrated and upset.  I became depressed, obese, and stopped working out altogether. Eventually I realized that if I didn't do something I was going to suffer the same fate.  And I love life too much to let that happen.


Now at 68 I have lost 40 pounds and about 10% body fat at the age of 68 through diet and weight training. It can be done if you put the work in.  Never let limiting beliefs and a negative mindset like "I am too old" or "weight training will make me look bulky or masculine" stop you.  Weight training truly is the real fountain of youth.  Not juice cleanses, fasts, pills, or starvation diets


If I can do it, I can train you how to achieve it and keep it forever. No matter where you are in the world on your schedule.  No expensive gym membership required. I want to help others live their best life into their 100's. Active, energetic, attractive, healthy, sexy, and happy. I didn't help my mom in time but I can help you.
